Geoff Bloss is Chief Executive Officer for BCM One,, and it’s family of brands, including SIP.US, SIPTRUNK and SkySwitch. BCM One provides NextGen Communications and Managed Services to over 17,000 clients/IT leaders of mid- to enterprise-level businesses nationwide, and serves over 2,000 channel partners, VARs, and MSPs.

In the five years since he joined SkySwitch, Breeden has onboarded over 300 partners. He previously worked as a sales team lead at CoreDial, where he onboarded over 200 partners. Before entering the telecommunications industry, Breeden was the owner/operator of a Play N Trade video game franchise. Breeden received a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Cabrini College.

William Brister leads SkySwitch’s Partner Onboarding and Billing Services Departments, bringing 40 years of telecommunications expertise to ensure seamless integration and operational success for partners. As Director of Partner Onboarding, William oversees the critical process of welcoming new partners into the SkySwitch ecosystem and managing billing operations with precision and care. With a career spanning four decades, including the last 10 years at SkySwitch, William has built a reputation as a leader in sales engineering and training within the telecom industry. He earned a BS in Business Management from LeTourneau University, providing a strong foundation for his strategic approach to partner success. His professional journey is complemented by six years of service in the U.S. Air Force and USAF National Guard, where he developed a disciplined commitment to excellence that he carries into his work today. William’s extensive experience enables him to guide partners through onboarding with clarity and efficiency, while his focus on training empowers them with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive. His leadership ensures that SkySwitch partners are set up for long-term growth and operational success from day one.

As an Accounting Manager with BCM One, Jon is responsible for management of the General Ledger in multiple business segments including the SkySwitch and CoreDial channel programs. He joined CoreDial 15 years ago as employee #14 and quickly developed a niche for cost of sales and gross profit analysis. Always being opportunity-minded, this translated into cost savings initiatives that improved the bottom line which then allowed business leaders to further reinvest the returns into the business. Data auditing, transaction mapping, variance analysis, revenue recognition, cost assurance, balance sheet reconciliation, systems integrations and continuous process improvement are just some of the areas of concentration for Jon. When he is not consumed in data and numbers, he enjoys spending time with family in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, volunteering in the local community, and rooting for Philadelphia sports teams.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Paula Como Kauth is responsible for marketing communications, product marketing, and marketing operations across the entire BCM One family of brands. With over 20 years of experience in organizations ranging from growth start-ups to large corporations, Como Kauth brings her proficiency in working effectively across a wide array of work cultures and processes to the company’s M&A activities, including rationalizing brands, integrating teams and programs, and managing organizational transitions. Prior to BCM One, she held marketing leadership positions at two growth managed solution providers, Transbeam and UNSi, which were both acquired by GTT. She also held corporate marketing positions at AT&T Business and Qwest Communications.

Como Kauth was selected by Channel Futures as a 2022 Circle of Excellence award winner, and she was recognized as one of CRN’s Women of the Channel in 2017 and 2019 for her outstanding leadership, vision, and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from Philadelphia University and mentors rising marketing professionals.

Jim Devito

Jim began his career in Health Care IT supporting both Physician and Business groups in delivering high-quality health care at multiple nationwide hospital systems. For the past 13 years, Jim’s career has focused on the telecommunications space. Since joining SkySwitch in 2019 as a Senior Platform Engineer and later as the Director of Voice Engineering, Jim has helped to maintain and expand the fast-growing White Label UCaaS platform.

Support Manager

JP manages the day-to-day operations of the Technical Support team at SkySwitch, a position he has held for almost five years. He received a B.S. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ and has been in the VoIP/IT industry for 18 years, holding a multitude of positions in both technical and managerial capacities. This includes five years of service at Star2Star Communications (now Sangoma), where he headed up their Technical Support department and took a lead role in rolling out 10,000+ Dollar General deployments. He lives in Florida with his three children (including a teenager and a toddler), is an avid musician, and is a diehard Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan.

Duncan Gearhart

Partner Account Manager III
With 5 years of hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry and 10 years of expertise in sales, Duncan has developed a unique ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and client needs. Whether optimizing complex networks or driving business growth, Duncan combines deep industry knowledge with a strong focus on delivering results that matter.
 
Duncan began his professional career in 2014 after graduating with a B.A. in Business Management. He is also a certified Guinness pourer, receiving this accolade directly from the Guinness brewery in Dublin, Ireland. As a Sr. PAM, Duncan serves as the main contact between his accounts and the SkySwitch organization. Duncan’s expertise in the industry is a vital key to his partner’s success. When not working, Duncan enjoys golf, watching the Philadelphia Eagles, and spending time with his wife, 2 children, and his Great Pyrenees named Hamish.

David Hardy

General Manager
David Hardy brings over 30 years of industry experience to his role as General Manager of SkySwitch where he oversees the profitability and growth of SkySwitch, enabling partners to deliver next-generation UCaaS solutions under their own brands. His responsibilities encompass strategic leadership, operational efficiency, partner experience, sales and go-to-market strategies, innovation, and stakeholder management to ensure the company’s growth and success.
 
Before joining SkySwitch, he served as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Sangoma. In this role, he was accountable for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for the North American market. During his five-year tenure, the company significantly broadened its market presence and capabilities through strategic acquisitions and organic growth. Hardy has also held leadership positions at Digium and Adtran. Hardy holds a BSEE from the University of Tennessee.

Steve Hudson

UCaaS SME II

Steve Hudson brings over 20 years of network, telecommunications, and UC experience to the Partner Success team. As a UCaaS Subject Manager Expert, Steve provides in-depth product knowledge and technical guidance to SkySwitch and CoreDial Partners. In addition, he is responsible for delivering product demonstrations and assisting partners to ensure the successful implementation of new products. Steve is based out of our Blue Bell, Pennsylvania office.

Christina is the Vice President of Revenue at SkySwitch. She has expertise in business process optimization and is responsible for delivering a consistent, integrated, and responsive experience to partners through a unified onboarding, training, and account management organization. She brings 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry to her role. Prior to BCM One’s acquisition of CoreDial, she was the VP of Partner Success, where she was oversaw management of the entire reseller journey. As the VP of Partner Success she realigned processes and resources to partners based on their unique needs, relative maturity and growth trajectory, which earned her a spot in CRN’s Women of the Channel list. Christina received her B.S. in Business and Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Brian Jones

Manager, Software Development
Brian brings over two decades of software development and architecture expertise to the contact center industry, with the last 14 years focused on creating innovative telephony solutions for business and municipalities across the US. His background as a developer and systems engineer spans multiple industries, including payroll processing, point-of-sale systems, and ISP infrastructure, bringing a unique perspective to his current role.  As Product Owner for SkySwitch’s OmniResponse Contact Center solution, Brian drives the implementation of next-generation contact center features while striving for a stable, resilient and bug-free platform. His current focus includes AI feature integration, strategic product planning, and platform evolution to meet market demands in today’s fast-changing telecom landscape. When not architecting the future of contact center solutions, Brian enjoys kayaking, fishing and playing the guitar.  He lives in the Dallas area with his wife and three children.

Brian Krisukas

Brian Krisukas is a Partner Account Manager at SkySwitch with over 17 years in the telecommunications industry. After graduating from Muhlenberg College with a B.A. in Communications and Business, Brian worked briefly in radio advertising before starting at Broadview Networks (now Windstream) in Account Management. As a dedicated Partner Account Manager, Brian serves as the primary point of contact across the organization for his base of accounts. Passionate about the client’s experience, he is a strong advocate for his partners, prioritizing their needs as paramount. Brian lives in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with his wife and two young sons.

Amy Levenberg

Director, Revenue Operations
Amy is the Director of Revenue Operations at SkySwitch, bringing over 23 years of expertise in the telecommunications industry. Her career began in 2002 in the Network Operations Center of a small MSP, where she honed her technical skills. She later joined Broadview Networks (now Windstream) as a VoIP Trainer and Project Manager, deepening her knowledge of voice and cloud communications.
 
In 2013, Amy became part of CoreDial (now SkySwitch) as a Trainer and Onboarding Specialist, marking the start of a nearly 12-year journey dedicated to partner success. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in shaping operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring partners have the tools and resources to excel.
 
Now leading a high-performing team of seven, Amy is committed to empowering SkySwitch partners with the expertise, training, and support needed to grow and scale their businesses. McKeeby received a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Math from Vanderbilt University.

As EVP of UCaaS Operations, Jenn Nading is responsible for creating scalable cross-team systems, processes, and procedures that drive company initiatives. She is a proven strategic leader with 20+ years of experience in the fast-growing telecom sector and contact centers. Prior to SkySwitch, Jenn helped found and grow Synergixx, a full-service media and marketing firm, which was named one of Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing private companies in 2016. Jenn has spent her career streamlining processes, helping executive-level management find efficiencies in the workplace, and empowering teams to work smarter, not harder. In 2021 Jenn was awarded a place on the CRN Women of the Channel list, and in 2022 she won the BCM One Rich Cunningham award, based on her peers’ nominations.

Keith O'Brien

Keith brings over a decade of experience in telecommunications and sales. His career began at Verizon Wireless and Windstream before advancing through roles of increasing responsibility at CoreDial. Following CoreDial’s acquisition by BCM One/SkySwitch, Keith continued his trajectory of growth within the organization.

Starting as a Business Development Representative, Keith has built a strong track record of success. As a Partner Account Manager, he is committed to equipping partners with the knowledge, resources, and strategies available through the SkySwitch and CoreDial platforms. His focus is on helping partners understand the business advantages these platforms provide, empowering them to succeed and foster trusted relationships with their customers.

David Shepherd

Corey Stoker

Corey Stoker

Vice President, Support

Corey Stoker brings 13 years of Voice over IP Technical Experience and IT Management experience to the SkySwitch Team. Corey joined SkySwitch in September 2016 and built the Support team from the ground up, and he now oversees both SkySwitch and CoreDial Support as the Vice President of Support. Corey’s role focuses on optimizing and improving our Support Teams. He believes that Support must be attacked from every angle, solving tickets and resolving issues and identifying ticket trends, continual employee development, training, documentation, and customer education. He is a proud technology generalist with expertise in SIP/Networking. As an avid troubleshooter, Corey hopes his enthusiasm for everything technical spreads to those around him.

Eddie Strickland

Partner Account Manager II

Eddie began his telecom journey in 2015 as an installer in South Florida, eventually expanding into portal development, troubleshooting, and sales. In 2020, he shifted to selling UCaaS for his family business, specializing in small businesses and assisted living facilities. After the business was sold in 2022, Eddie joined SkySwitch as an onboarding specialist and was promoted in 2023 to Partner Account Manager. In this role, he focuses on strengthening partner relationships, driving growth, and enhancing efficiency. Outside of work, Eddie enjoys spending time with family, golfing, fishing, and cheering on the Florida Gators!

Mae Valladares

Director of LNP/ CSP Teams
Mae first started in SkySwitch NOC support back in 2015. She moved to the LNP department in 2016 and has been overseeing the department ever since. The department has expanded to two more teams: the NMP (Number Management and Provisioning) team and the CSP (Campaign Service Provider) team, who manages the 10DLC registration and TF Verification for all BCM One entities.

Erica Vasquez

Marketing & Events Manager

Erica Vasquez is an accomplished marketing professional with a passion for strategic communication and brand development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida and has been an integral part of SkySwitch since 2019.

In her role, Erica drives the execution and management of multi-channel marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, newsletters, podcasts, and webinars. She collaborates closely with senior leadership, partners, and vendors to create compelling content, graphics, and promotional assets. Additionally, she plays a key role in overseeing the company’s social media presence and managing all on-site and virtual events, including Vectors, the annual SkySwitch User Conference.

Her dedication and innovative approach to marketing were recognized in 2024 when she received the Rising Star Award from the Channel Marketing Association, a testament to her impact in the industry.

Before joining SkySwitch, Erica honed her creative and design skills in the Creative Design department at Westgate Resorts. With a keen eye for branding and a commitment to excellence, she continues to drive engagement and growth in the UCaaS space

With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Dana is a seasoned professional specializing in Local Number Porting (LNP). Dana’s journey at CoreDial began as the 18th employee, where she single-handedly managed the porting department. Over the years, she has successfully grown the department and now leads a small but highly effective team of six, ensuring seamless number porting solutions for SkySwitch’s diverse client base. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and has developed a reputation for her exceptional customer service and strategic approach to managing complex porting processes.
