Scotty’s primary focus is multistate tax sales and transactions tax and regulatory surcharge planning and compliance. Prior to joining P&N, Scotty was a national practice leader in a Big 4 firm's national communications tax practice. He was also instrumental in the firm's Sarbanes-Oxley policy development, documentation, and related internal control testing procedures and best practices from both the internal and external auditor’s perspective. Donna has a strong corporate sales and marketing background, selling copiers, typewriters (no age jokes, please), temporary staffing services, radio, and on-hold messages. In 2012 Donna went full-time as a voice actor with her own company, AdvantageIVR (still going, BTW). During this time, she gleaned the necessary understanding of what it means to brand your company and stay consistent with your imaging across all customer touch points. Messaging, content, and consistent visibility are essential to keep your business going strong. When her path crossed with GreenStar Marketing, it was a natural fit for them to join forces.

Leyla has been a dedicated channel sales manager for North America ever since she joined the Yealink team in 2021. In addition to managing the Yealink distribution channel and developing new channel partners and IP Phone & headset opportunities in the US market, she engages with Yealink strategic PBX partners. She works closely with the SkySwitch team on webinars and programs and bridges technicians from both sides on new products, interop testing, and release.

Chris Abboud has been with SkySwitch/CoreDial for the past eight years, overseeing multiple departments, including Infrastructure, Product and Development. Before SkySwitch, Chris spent 15 years at Dow Jones on technology teams responsible for the Dow Jones Industrial Average and Wall Street Journal. Chris has a B.A.S. in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Justin Baker comes from a VSaaS background with over eight years of experience in that industry. He has held multiple roles at SkySwitch, including VSaaS Product Lead, Onboarding Specialist for new partners, and is now one of SkySwitch’s UCaaS Subject Matter Experts. As a Subject Matter Expert, Justin strives to provide top-level product knowledge and demonstrations for SkySwitch & Coredial Partners as his role continues to evolve.

Geoff Bloss is Chief Executive Officer for BCM One,, and it’s family of brands, including SIP.US, SIPTRUNK and SkySwitch. BCM One provides NextGen Communications and Managed Services to over 17,000 clients/IT leaders of mid- to enterprise-level businesses nationwide, and serves over 2,000 channel partners, VARs, and MSPs.
Bloss joined BCM One in 2012 and served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer before being appointed to the role of CEO early in 2019 to lead the company to the next level of growth. He is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Bloss previously served as Chief Information Leader at FlightSafety International, a $1B Berkshire Hathaway company. Earlier in his career, Bloss built deep expertise in the telecommunications industry, providing strategic and program management consulting and deploying operational support systems.
Bloss received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Mathematical Science with Honors from the University of North Carolina. Sean Breeden is responsible for helping SkySwitch's Channel Account Executives acquire new partners and collaborate with them to increase their bottom-line success by assisting with platform demonstrations, cost analysis, and sales strategies. In the five years since he joined SkySwitch, Breeden has onboarded over 300 partners. He previously worked as a sales team lead at CoreDial, where he onboarded over 200 partners. Before entering the telecommunications industry, Breeden was the owner/operator of a Play N Trade video game franchise. Breeden received a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Cabrini College.
Kevin Childs is a pioneer in improving customer experience by using technology and human resources. He helped create the first on-demand contact center app in 2002, which is now known as Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS). He also co-authored a book on interpreting customer feedback. Kevin and his partners have consulted for big companies like Samsung, Apple, and Marriott, and helped SkySwitch with their CCaaS offering. Together, they aim to help small and medium-sized organizations improve their customer engagement and overall value through their OmniResponse system.
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Paula Como Kauth is responsible for marketing communications, product marketing, and marketing operations across the entire BCM One family of brands. With over 20 years of experience in organizations ranging from growth start-ups to large corporations, Como Kauth brings her proficiency in working effectively across a wide array of work cultures and processes to the company’s M&A activities, including rationalizing brands, integrating teams and programs, and managing organizational transitions. Prior to BCM One, she held marketing leadership positions at two growth managed solution providers, Transbeam and UNSi, which were both acquired by GTT. She also held corporate marketing positions at AT&T Business and Qwest Communications.
Como Kauth was selected by Channel Futures as a 2022 Circle of Excellence award winner, and she was recognized as one of CRN’s Women of the Channel in 2017 and 2019 for her outstanding leadership, vision, and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from Philadelphia University and mentors rising marketing professionals.

With over 20 years of experience in accounting, Joe Connolley is Director of Regulatory Reporting for BCM One and oversees the application and compliance of Telecommunications reporting related to FCC reporting for the BCM one family of brands. Prior to BCM One, Joe was the financial and regulatory accounting manager for CoreDial for 5 years, where he led a number of implementation and financial migration initiatives. Joe has held previous positions in audit and accounting with Accenture, KPMG, and publicly traded companies with $1 Billion+ in revenues. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Temple University in Philadelphia and is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Director of Solutions Engineering and Product Marketing
Michael started his career in the financial and manufacturing sectors focused on networking technologies. He branched out to the pharmaceutical sector with a focus on security technologies. Michael also worked for a large telecommunication provider for several years where he was tasked with evangelizing network and security technologies and best practices as a principal engineer. He also created and ran an SDWAN and network focused practice for a provider in the Indianapolis area. He helped write Hacking Exposed, Linux Third Edition with his security group ISECOM. He holds several highly recognized industry network and security certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, CISSP. Michael enjoys spending time with his free time with family and friends. He enjoys MMA, Fast Cars, and anything that has a user interface he can mess with.
Meet Derek Hennekens, a Product Director at SkySwitch. He drives the launch of new products and enhances existing offerings. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Derek has dedicated over a decade to supporting, engineering, and selling VoIP solutions within the MSP space. As a versatile professional, he has served as an IT educator, overseen governance of partner Point of Sale data for a $6B company, deployed 300+ seat call centers, managed redundant data centers, and successfully launched the UC practice for a SkySwitch reseller. Based in Minneapolis, Derek lives with his wife and two children.

Steve Hudson brings over 20 years of network, telecommunications, and UC experience to the Partner Success team. As a UCaaS Subject Manager Expert, Steve provides in-depth product knowledge and technical guidance to SkySwitch and CoreDial Partners. In addition, he is responsible for delivering product demonstrations and assisting partners to ensure the successful implementation of new products. Steve is based out of our Blue Bell, Pennsylvania office.

Christina is the Vice President of Revenue at SkySwitch. She has expertise in business process optimization and is responsible for delivering a consistent, integrated, and responsive experience to partners through a unified onboarding, training, and account management organization. She brings 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry to her role. Prior to BCM One's acquisition of CoreDial, she was the VP of Partner Success, where she was oversaw management of the entire reseller journey. As the VP of Partner Success she realigned processes and resources to partners based on their unique needs, relative maturity and growth trajectory, which earned her a spot in CRN’s Women of the Channel list. Christina received her B.S. in Business and Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Brian Jones has dedicated over two decades to the software development industry as a seasoned software developer and architect. With a diverse range of experience in developing products for various markets, including payroll processing, point-of-sale systems, and ISP infrastructure, Brian has established himself as a skilled and innovative problem solver. Over the last 12 years, Brian has channeled his expertise into creating telephony solutions, concentrating on the contact center space. He has developed cutting-edge products that have earned recognition from industry analysts, such as Frost & Sullivan, who awarded his team the New Product Innovation award. His prior experience includes 13 years of service with Comcast, where he contributed to many key efforts, including the launch of High Speed Data network, Business Class, XfinityConnect, IPv6, XfinityWifi, and XfinityHome products. Tony Keiper is responsible for the long-term relationships and growth of SkySwitch and CoreDial Partners. Tony brings 16 years of deep background in telecommunications sales, service and account management. Leveraging his experience managing partner relationships and enterprise sales, Tony and the account management team have made Partner Success an integral component of the channel’s success, driving growth and performance through partner development.

Brian Krisukas is a Partner Account Manager at SkySwitch with over 16 years in the telecommunications industry. After graduating from Muhlenberg College with a B.A. in Communications and Business, Brian worked briefly in radio advertising before starting at Broadview Networks (now Windstream) in Account Management. As a dedicated Partner Account Manager, Brian serves as the primary point of contact across the organization for his base of accounts. Passionate about the client experience, he strongly advocates for his partners, prioritizing their needs as paramount. Brian lives with his wife and two young boys in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Blake McKeeby started his career in the voice industry and has been at SkySwitch since day one, where he manages the company’s engineering and software development initiatives. During his tenure, he built from scratch an organization that today supports the communications needs of 25K small businesses across the U.S. and Canada. McKeeby received a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Math from Vanderbilt University.

As EVP of UCaaS Operations, Jenn Nading is responsible for creating scalable cross-team systems, processes, and procedures that drive company initiatives. She is a proven strategic leader with 20+ years of experience in the fast-growing telecom sector and contact centers. Prior to SkySwitch, Jenn helped found and grow Synergixx, a full-service media and marketing firm, which was named one of Inc. 5000's fastest-growing private companies in 2016. Jenn has spent her career streamlining processes, helping executive-level management find efficiencies in the workplace, and empowering teams to work smarter, not harder. In 2021 Jenn was awarded a place on the CRN Women of the Channel list, and in 2022 she won the BCM One Rich Cunningham award, based on her peers' nominations.

In his role as Chief Revenue Officer, Mike Nowak has revenue generation and sales strategy responsibilities for the BCM One family of brands including channel, direct, and white label services. Additionally, Mike leads BCM One’s sales engineering and sales operations teams, and is responsible for sales integration and go-to-market strategy for all M&A activity. Nowak was recently the Vice President of Sales at nexVortex, which was acquired by BCM One in 2020, helping build the company from a small start-up to a growth company validated with over 40 consecutive quarters of revenue growth and recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies 10 years in a row. Previously, Nowak held channel sales positions at Aspen Consulting and Bandwidth.com, and he started his career in technical sales at IBM.

Michael Spiceland recently joined SkySwitch as Director of Product Management. He leads the product strategy, planning, and execution for white-label UCaaS. With over 20 years of experience in product management and engineering, mainly in the communications industry, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.
Before joining SkySwitch, Michael was the head of product for a custom automated communications platform with an integrated omnichannel contact center and an e-commerce social selling platform. He also led engineering development for a scalable WebRTC platform, communications software, and software for many of Digium's hardware products. Michael is passionate about building products that connect people and provide excellent user experiences. He believes in highly functional teams, data-driven decision-making using analytics, and streamlined processes to create reliability and repeatability. Michael holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech.
Vice President of Support
Corey Stoker brings 13 years of Voice over IP Technical Experience and IT Management experience to the SkySwitch Team. Corey joined SkySwitch in September 2016 and built the Support team from the ground up, and he now oversees both SkySwitch and CoreDial Support as the Vice President of Support. Corey's role focuses on optimizing and improving our Support Teams. He believes that Support must be attacked from every angle, solving tickets and resolving issues and identifying ticket trends, continual employee development, training, documentation, and customer education. He is a proud technology generalist with expertise in SIP/Networking. As an avid troubleshooter, Corey hopes his enthusiasm for everything technical spreads to those around him.
Senior Marketing Specialist
Erica Vasquez holds a Bachelor of Advertising and Public Relations degree from the University of Central Florida. Since joining SkySwitch in 2019, she has been responsible for developing, executing, and managing various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, newsletters, podcasts, and webinars. Erica works with senior management, engages with partners and vendors, and helps produce graphics, copy, and other assets. Additionally, she oversees the company’s social media accounts and manages and coordinates all on-site and virtual events, including Vectors, the annual SkySwitch User Conference. Previously, she worked in the Creative Design department at Westgate Resorts.
